The Connectivity Formula
(S + O) x E = P²
Presented by Mike Lejeune
Held at Royal Oaks Country Club in West Houston
The selection and retention of high performing employees has become the number one factor in obtaining a competitive advantage today. Yet it is the lack of connectivity that drastically impacts how employees feel about the companies they work for and the leaders they have been asked to follow. Competitive advantage in the recruiting industry can only be achieved when we implement the formula
(Selection + Onboarding) x Engagement = Performance²
To gain an additional perspective, Mike interviewed CEO's from companies that represent the best in their industry. Mike identifies ingredients that foster greater connection releasing the talent to higher level of peak performance.
This session will make you think differently, hire smarter and build a path to a tenured, high performance team.

Who is Mike Lejeune?
Part expert, part wise mentor, part engaging storyteller - Mike Lejeune gets folks talking. And thinking. As a 28 year veteran of the recruiting and staffing industry, Mike is passionate about people and about excellence - and it shows. A Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS), Mike Lejeune serves as Executive Vice President and Partner of Steverson Staffing Services. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Steverson serves market niches in accounting, office administration and information technology. Mike joined the firm in 1992 to build its accounting division, and within three years Steverson Accounting Professionals contributed almost 50% of the sales for the entire company. He currently manages sales and marketing, operations and new product development for Steverson – but he doesn’t stay locked in the office.
Mike travels, writes and speaks extensively, and has held numerous leadership roles in the industry. And at the 2006 National Association of Personnel Services Annual Conference, Mike surprised himself by winning the “American Idol of Recruiting Trainers” contest hosted by Danny Cahill. Ask him what put him over the top…and about what he can do for your next meeting or training session. His answers may just surprise you.
